A new CPU upgrade mean basically nearly everything (motherboard, RAM, may be case) need to be upgraded. I think the new RX 570 or RX 580 would be fine as video card upgrade. A10 is not that great a CPU now a day, but likely sufficient for your games. The "1C" returned nothing but it seems the CPU is A10-7800, so it's probably similar to this: M32BF is a lower end model containing a AMD FM2 socket CPU:
